After you have filled out the form below, you will receive an e-mail from me. I will then send you your invoice. After you have paid this in advance, I will pack your book “Culture Change” and send it to the delivery address you have specified.

For only 29,80 EUR (net – 31,89 EUR incl. 7 % VAT) you get my standard work on cultural change in English. The packaging and shipping costs are free of charge.

Prices

All prices in Euro (EUR) incl. VAT. The prices at the time of ordering apply. The contract is concluded when we deliver the goods in fulfilment of the order.

Right of cancellation and cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the first goods; in the case of partial deliveries, on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us, Stefan Bartel Academy, Alois-Senefelder-Allee 1, 86153 Augsburg, Germany, Tel: +49 – 821 – 486 27 93, E-Mail: buero@stefanbartel.com, of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires. Do you want to return a book that you have already looked at? If you have removed the film, this is unfortunately no longer possible. If the film is still intact, you can return the product within the period described above. Books may only be returned sealed in their original packaging.

Consequences of cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. If you are unable to return the goods received in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the loss in value. This does not apply to the surrender of goods if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their inspection – as would have been possible for you in a shop, for example. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the item as if you owned it and refraining from doing anything that could impair its value. Books may only be returned sealed in their original packaging.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free of charge. We only ship abroad to Austria. Customers from other countries must organise the delivery or receipt of the goods themselves.

Payment

You are welcome to come and collect your book in person and pay in cash. Otherwise payment is only possible by prepayment to our account. We will send you an advance invoice on request. Only when the amount has been credited to our account will we dispatch the ordered goods. Please make all payments only to us. If payments are received without providing your details, any resulting delayed credit notes or incorrect bookings will be charged to you. The goods remain our property until full payment has been made. A change of address must be communicated to us by then without being asked.
